Call for Sponsors: Help WordPress grow!

Reach WordPress professionals and influencers by becoming a sponsor of the largest official WordPress event in Romania. For the third year in a row, WordPress professionals come together for two days to share knowledge and experience, and to strengthen the local WordPress community.

None of this would be possible without our sponsors, and as previous years show, each year is bigger and sells out faster. This year we are expecting over 250 attendees, so don’t miss the opportunity to be represented at WordCamp Bucharest 2018.

Most sponsorship spots fill up in the first weeks, so get your applications in, as it’s on a first come first served basis.

Why you should sponsor WordCamp Bucharest 2018

WordCamps are non-profit events, with any surplus being fed back into the WordPress community. So if you are working with WordPress, it’s a great way to give back to the WordPress community and reach WordPress professionals and influencers. Sponsorship of WordCamp Bucharest is a unique opportunity. Our audience is interested in investing in more hardware and software then your usual crowd, and they use plenty of business services.

With your help, we’re able to keep the price affordable for attendees, in the spirit of everything that WordPress embodies.

WordCamp Bucharest 2018 will take place on 27th-28th of October at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the CCIR Business Center.

Remember, the sponsor process is “first come first served”, so if you’re interested please submit the sponsor form as soon as possible. We look forward to having your company represented at WordCamp Bucharest 2018.

Transactions are to be made within 30 days of us confirming the Package you have chosen. You will receive an official invoice.

Reminder for first-time sponsors: WordCamp sponsorship is not an exchange of money for marketing/advertising at the event/with the attendee audience. Sponsorships are donations, given to support the WordPress project and official events.

Remember that in order to sponsor the event, you must meet the WordCamp Central guidelines.
